WATER | OKINAWA PHOTOGRAPHER

This months blog theme is WATER! We live on an island, water is not too far away and while I had an idea to photograph the Ocean, I changed my mind.

I am also taking a workshop with one of the photography forums I am apart of during my break between semesters and we were working on our “voice” in the images that were driven by moment and movement. While shooting for the workshop we pulled over and let my boys have fun in a puddle because its been raining all week, those in Okinawa understand! Welcome to rainy season little boy style! When I told them to go play in the puddle I got “mom, are you sure?” “WHAT! We can play in the puddle?” LOL! Which tells you I dont often care to have them get wet and then get back into the car! 😉 Nonetheless, they had fun and so did I!
