My go to recipes for busy nights…
I love food just as much as the next person but I dislike spending a thousand years in the kitchen!
If I could eat out everyday and not go broke I would. 😛 I love Japanese food! As long as it isn’t seafood! 😉
Anything I cook has to be easy and consist of 7 or less ingredients. I like quick because I am no where near chef status!
I usually forget about cooking dinner unless I have it planned ahead and have to scramble to throw something together. I know y’all are busy too or maybe you just want a few new recipes to try so I’m going to list my top favorites!
Bacon wrapped Chicken – This is requested a lot!!
Muffin-Tin Cheeseburgers – These were super fun!!
Yakisoba! – I use Yakisoba noodles that are precooked and refrigerated from the commissary instead of ramen. Ill make it with chicken or steak!
Quiche! A few variations of it; tonight is chedder and bacon, another favorite is ham and broccoli as well as sausage with rotel!
Garlic Knots – to go with any meal! I mix the dough in my bread maker and then roll out, cut, tie, and bake.
Slow Cooker shredded beef tacos
Alfredo, Shells, Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese! – I make this with the rotisserie chicken from the store.
And finally the comfort food of all comforts –
Slow cooker cheesey chicken and rice
Have you tried any of these? What is your favorites, let me know in the comments!!
