Day 46 | Little Fishes with a Fisheye

Today I had to accompany Kristi at Okuma and watch the kids at the beach. She pretty much had to twist my arm and threaten my life to do it too. 😉

Who turns down babysitting at the beach?! I hope no one!

The best part though, my new to me fisheye lens arrived at the post office right before I got on the expressway. So naturally I had to go pick it up! I did have to turn around and I was about 20 minutes late getting up there. Kristi told me to turn around too, so she wasnt allowed to be mad. 🙂

I have to thank the enormous rain cloud and pouring rain for following me from the half way point to the final destination though, it assisted in my lateness and delayed Kristi’s session which you can see the sneak peek of HERE! Seriously, BEAUTIFUL!

Since there was thunder along with that rain storm we werent allowed in the water for awhile. Kids didnt care and went in anyway for a little bit until they kicked us out. Kristi’s sons favorite come back is “Nobody owns the ocean!” As the rain rolled in we set back to the car and then decided on some lunch. Half way through lunch Kristi had to leave so we finished up and went back to the beach, waited for the sprinkles to stop and headed to the water. Kids wasted no time, I was still walking and only half way to the beach chairs there as they all threw their shoes at the chairs and jumped in the water! We had a ton of fun playing the water and splashing with the waves. As the sprinkling started to pick up again for the 10th time I put the camera away and joined the kids in the water. Everyone was exhausted on the way home!
